Refund & Cancellation Policy for Laxmishree Swadeshi Ayurved (OPC) Private Limited

Laxmishree Swadeshi Ayurved (OPC) Private Limited is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy for our Health Card program, franchise opportunities, job applications, and related services. Please review the following policy carefully before making any payments or applying for our services.

1. Health Card Purchases

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for the Single Health Card (₹100) and Family Health Card (₹300) are non-refundable once the card is issued or the application is processed.
  • Cancellation: You may choose not to renew your Health Card at the end of its one-year validity period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining validity period if you discontinue use before expiry.
  • Exceptional Cases: In case of erroneous double payments or payments made due to technical errors, refund requests may be considered if reported within 7 days of the transaction. Contact us at info@laxmishree.in with transaction details for review.

2. Franchise and Vendor Applications

  • Non-Refundable: The application fee for vendor/franchise opportunities (₹30,000) is non-refundable, regardless of whether the application is approved or rejected.
  • Cancellation: Once a franchise agreement is signed, it cannot be canceled unilaterally. Termination of the agreement is subject to the terms outlined in the franchise contract and may not include a refund of the application fee.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding franchise agreements must be addressed as per the terms in the signed contract and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Katihar, Bihar.

3. Job Application Fees

  • Non-Refundable: Application fees for job opportunities (₹1,500 for Jila Swasthya Mitra, ₹1,000 for Prakhand Swasthya Mitra, ₹500 for Panchayat Swasthya Mitra) are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application process.
  • Cancellation: Applicants may withdraw their application before the selection process is complete, but the application fee will not be refunded.
  • Technical Errors: Refunds for erroneous payments (e.g., multiple payments due to technical issues) may be considered if reported within 7 days of the transaction. Provide transaction details to info@laxmishree.in for processing.

4. Ayurvedic Products and Store Purchases

  • Return Policy: Products purchased from Laxmishree stores are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Non-Returnable: Products that have been opened, used, or are past the 7-day return period are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds for eligible product returns will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, at the company’s discretion.

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund in eligible cases (e.g., technical errors or defective products), contact us at info@laxmishree.in with your name, contact details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method, subject to verification.
6. Cancellation of Services
  • Laxmishree Swadeshi Ayurved (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to cancel Health Cards, franchise agreements, or job applications in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of terms and conditions.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by the company due to non-compliance or fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Laxmishree Swadeshi Ayurved (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for delays in refund processing due to third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
  • The company is not responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorized transactions unless reported within 7 days with sufficient evidence.

8. Governing Law

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katihar, Bihar.

9. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted on our website with the effective date.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
